I want to reflect on the “good ol’ days” without regret, knowing I did what made me happy.⁠ ⁠ Being a photographer has given me the opportunity to provide an income for my family while bringing joy not only to myself, but to others, and for that, I’m happy.⁠ ⁠ Getting to share in the belly laughs of toasts and the tears of joy from first looks will always fill my cup up.⁠ ⁠ Have you ever given a toast at a wedding? I started hiding the parts of me that I loved and were appreciated back home.⁠ ⁠ 🙌🏻 What I've learned is that we all really are weird. No one is "normal", and your weird makes you COOL.⁠ ⁠ 💯 Don't be afraid to want to incorporate the things you love into your engagement session and/or wedding. BE YOURSELF. The images we take will hang on YOUR walls and YOU will flip through your wedding album with big cheesy smiles. ☝️ One aspect about @theprovidencecottonmill t ☝️ One aspect about @theprovidencecottonmill that we love is it's technically outdoors while being indoors. There are the obvious benefits like having shelter from rain or snow, but there's more to consider thanks to COVID.⁠ ⁠ 🙂 The open-air coming through the windowless arches personally made me feel safer (I still wore a mask, of course). I'm sure many wedding guests felt more at ease too.
