There are days in this job where you feel like you are more of a magician than a photographer. I’m not going to lie, it can feel pretty stressful if a couple is upset Mother Nature didn’t stick to the plan. However, creating something your clients would never imagine if they trust you and roll with the punches can feel fun. That’s exactly what happened at Kristin and Pat’s Alexander Homestead wedding.

As a result of intermittent rain, the schedule fell slightly behind. As we tried to wait it out, it was decided that a few night portraits would make them happy. Because a nighttime portrait using the gazebo was a photograph Kristin envisioned from the outset, we knew it was a must. I believe it is safe to say we nailed it.
