Pine Island Country Club Wedding

On a picture-perfect fall day in Charlotte, North Carolina, Anastasiya and Kevin exchanged vows at their beloved Pine Island Country Club, surrounded by their closest friends and family. Pine Island Country Club provided the perfect location for this tasteful and lively wedding.

As guests arrived, they were greeted by the stunning stone facade of the club and views of the rolling hills of the golf course. The ceremony took place outdoors, with the natural beauty of the surrounding landscape serving as a breathtaking backdrop. Anastasiya looked absolutely stunning in her lace and sequin detailed white gown, while Kevin was dashing in his bold blue suit. The burgundy and blush color palette of the wedding details paired with it perfectly!

After the ceremony, guests were treated to a cocktail hour on the patio with music and signature cocktails. The reception, held in a beautiful glassed ballroom, was filled with love and laughter as Kevin and Anastasiya celebrated their union with their loved ones. We loved their dog treat favors as we are big animal lovers ourselves. This is seriously such a cute idea! Their friends and family threw down on the dance floor (if you know us, we LOVE capturing when everyone lets loose at this time on a wedding day) making great memories and equally great photographs.

Here is what Anastasiya had to say leading up to her wedding:

[We are] most excited about marrying each other. We’ve waited for 2.5 years to get married because of Covid, so we’re ready! We’re also excited to have everyone together. Our friends and families live all around the country and it’s rare we get to see everyone like this. 

We picked our venue for a few reasons, Kev is an ex-professional and still very avid golfer, so a golf course was kind of a must. It’s a country club we also belong to, so we know the whole team well and we already have so many memories there. Plus we can make a tradition of going there on our anniversaries and hanging out at a place we got married; most people don’t get a chance to do that! The best part of that venue is the stone stairs that I will be coming down from, it’s a beautiful entrance. 

We’re excited about all of our vendors! We got so lucky with you guys, our DJ, and my make up and hair artist. Everyone has been so fantastic and supportive!

Some of the special touches we will be doing:

– Favors: Our grandmothers are making our favorite sweet treats. My grandma has made these sweet treats for me since I was a little kid and Kevin’s grandma makes the best cookies. We will have each of those to share with our guests. 

– Our Dog: Whiskey will make a lot of appearances. Our table numbers are pictures of her. We will also have dog treats to take home for our guests, from Whiskey. We have so many friends and family members who love dogs and have many dogs, we want to get them something too!
