I, Shannon, have known Victor since he was a child. When his best friend Jay contacted me asking if we were available to photograph Victor’s Riverfront Park proposal it was an instant “YES!” Victor planned the surprise with the help of Carrie’s mom under the guise that they would be having fall family photos taken. Of course, Victor arrived soon after the “family photos” started and Carrie was completely blown away! I am so delighted to know Victor found a partner so giddy to become his bride.
