Romare Bearden Park Engagement Session

The Location

If you’re a local engaged couple, you must consider a Romare Bearden Park engagement session! It’s a major landmark with beautiful city and greenery background options. The French Quarter is also across the street so grabbing some grub and a drink after your session is perfect!

The Session

Courtney and Pablo wanted a city/urban feel to shake things up a bit. They chose this location so it would be totally new and fun – we loved this idea! They live in Raleigh and had only briefly visited Charlotte in the past. We had a great time enjoying the fresh air and warm September sun. We wove in and out of the beautiful landscape pathways and walked down the main drag capturing the city feel they were looking for. But of course, we saved the best for last. Despite having a bit of a drive home, these two loved the idea of capturing a few photographs when Romare Bearden Park really shines – at night.
