NorthStone Country Club is one of the most unique country clubs we’ve had the pleasure to work at in the Charlotte area. If you’re looking for a country club that is peaceful and private, and not too far from the city center, this may be the one for you.

We helped plan Melissa and Cody’s day in just over 30 days. We are so glad they found Northstone Country Club as the club was incredibly kind and helpful throughout this quick process. Melissa and Cody’s day went off without a hitch, including their show-stopping backflip during their first dance! Honestly, this was one of our favorite summer weddings. The Location

NorthStone Country Club is a fully private club set on 237 acres. Their golf course is one of the top-rated courses in the area, and its beautiful landscape provides incredible views for your guests. The best vantage point on the property is from the veranda off of the ballroom where your event is held.

One amazing option is this venue can be all-inclusive! Their wedding planners are incredible and handle all of the details for you effortlessly. They handle the food, staff, bar, and event set-up making the planning process a breeze! And take it from us, we’ve had plenty of meals throughout our time as wedding photographers, and the catering staff here is top-notch! The food was served right on time and was delicious!

You also don’t need to worry about the tables, chairs, linens, dance floor, or dinnerware! Often these items are not provided at venues, but this country club already has everything you need.

Melissa and Cody also hosted an after-party at VBGB where everyone enjoyed grabbing drinks, hanging out, and relaxing. Before they were announced, we visited a nearby parking garage and grabbed some killer sunset and nighttime photographs! Scroll to the end to see our beautiful city at night. 🙂

The Décor

Melissa and Cody kept things sweet and simple. Melissa’s bouquet showcased Ivory flowers with lush greenery and with small pops of color. The same colors were used on their wedding cake. Elegant white lanterns with greenery were used for the centerpieces.

Thank you Melissa and Cody for choosing us to share in this most wonderful day. We had so much fun with your friends and family and wish we could do it all over again! We hope to see you both again soon!
